For an optimal comfort experience with any Zorb 4D fabrics, we strongly suggest complementing them with a ProCool moisture wicking fabric to act as the wicking top layer. This pairing effectively eliminates any sensations of dampness or wetness that may occur when Zorb 4D is used as a standalone layer in applications intended for direct skin contact.
CORE PUL's contains a hidden waterproof layer, sandwiched between two outer fabrics; which provides additional protection for the waterproof film and increases the life of your product.
100% eco-friendly, manufactured with no harmful chemicals or finishes in controlled conditions in American textile mills.
Made using 100% Organic Cotton fabrics on either side of a waterproof layer
Our Zorb three-dimensional engineered dimple pattern has great retention, superior hold, fast distribution of moisture and less leaking under compression. It absorbs 10 times its weight in under 2 seconds and soaks up 20 times faster than other materials (bamboo, cotton, hemp knits).
CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
All Zorb fabrics are designed with the ability to exponentially increase their absorbency; pair with Zorb 3D fabric on the dimple side & use multiple layers to supercharge your products' absorbency.
Our fabric combines super absorbency, waterproofing, and leak protection, all in one.
One side of our Zorb fabric is made of organic cotton dimple, a 3-layer fabric. The other side is our ProECO Organic Cotton Jersey LITE fabric. Super-soft Cotton Jersey fabric is uniquely engineered to softness.
But what seals the deal is the laminated waterproof layer of polyurethane film hidden between each layer of fabric. Hiding the polyurethane film between the fabrics provides extra protection, guarantees longer life, and is unique to our CORE PUL fabrics.
We don’t use super absorbent polymers, so our fabric’s super absorbency doesn’t go away when the chemicals fade. Instead, we use a unique process to melt-bond TPU film to the fabric.
The TPU film is specially treated without toxic solvents, so no toxic waste or VOCs are let into the environment. If you need more absorbency than the fabric provides, simply double or triple the layers. Doing so will provide that much more absorbency.
Zorb products can absorb anything, from a soiled diaper to pet potty pads.
You can use this fabric for bed liners, bibs, burp cloths, cage liners, changing pads, cloth diapers, dog diapers, dish mats, gardening shoe covers, handkerchiefs, mattress pads, menstrual pads, nursing pads, pet beds, period panties, and pet potty pads.
Zorb fabrics will transform every part of your home and save you from constantly cleaning up messes.
The difference between the V1 & V2 versions is the fabric combination used to create the Zorb 4D Organic Cotton Dimple CORE PUL fabric.
The V1 Zorb 4D fabric is made with the Zorb 3D Organic Cotton Dimple for maximum absorbency, and a polyester backing with a hidden waterproof layer for leakproof protection.
The V2 Zorb 4D fabric is made with the Zorb 3D Organic Cotton Dimple for maximum absorbency, and a organic cotton backing with a hidden waterproof layer for leakproof protection - making this a 100% organic cotton fabric

We strive to provide high-quality fabrics suitable for a diverse range of applications. It is important to note, however, that we do not perform absorption testing on our fabrics. The absorbency of any fabric can be significantly influenced by the design and construction of the final product in which it is used.
Key Points:
Product Design Influence: The ultimate absorption capacity of a fabric in a finished product depends heavily on the product's specific design and construction. Variations in design can lead to significant differences in performance.
Recommendation for Testing: We strongly recommend that customers conduct their own testing to determine the absorption characteristics of our fabrics in conjunction with their product designs. This testing should consider all elements of product design and the interaction between different materials.
Interactions with Other Materials: The performance of our absorbent fabrics can be affected by the use of additional layers or materials. For instance:
Variability in Performance: Due to the myriad of factors that can influence the absorbency of a fabric within a specific product design—including material combinations, construction techniques, and external conditions—we cannot guarantee specific results without proper testing.

I bought this and prosoft eco Sherpa waterproofed. I like this so much better for my project. Washed great, thick and quilted like feel. I made waterproof baby pads to protect surfaces from leaky diapers etc. Would make good bed pads for toilet training or incontinence. Substantial so it was more difficult to cut out a couple layers quickly with olfa cutter however it was very easy to sew with. I used an overlock stitch on my machine. It washed and dried great!! I haven't used them yet but I think these will work and last a good long time. I accidentally wrote in my review of Sherpa I got the 3D but it was actually V2 4D. I wanted organic on both sides. I am not sure how contouring this fabric would be if folded or gathered with elastic -might be awfully bulky, too thick to fold over the edge to sew. But for flat projects, this is amazing!
Fully satisfied with the functionality of the fabric. Would really want to know if we can have same functionality with lesser weight and more softer.
