Important Note about UPF Ratings:
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 % of the sun’s rays and allows 2% (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly. A UPF 30 fabric blocks 97% of UV rays and allows roughly 3% of UV transmission. UPF 15 indicates that the fabric blocks roughly 93% of UV rays and allows about 7% of available UV radiation to pass through.

Perfect for craft show booth

I purchased this to make a Velcro "display wall" for various Velcro-backed items I sell at craft shows. The heavier weight and slight stiffness of the product make this fabric ideal! It will lay well without creases or crinkles, and it looks great.

Love it! It's perfect in every way

Excellent Quality

I have looked for inexpensive, soft, easy to sew loop tape and found this material. WOW! I washed it hot to see what happened and it became softer, not stiffer like many of the loop tapes I have tried. I will prewash this again when I get a new batch because the fabric became softer and shrank a little bit, almost 1/4" for 10" in length. I washed the fabric hot and dried at medium heat which is fairly hot for my dryer. My products can be washed at these temperatures so I'm glad the loop fabric does well with heat.

The fabric is very easy to cut with a rotary cutter, and it does not leave fine fuzz like another loop fabric I tried (never used that material because my hands itched for hours after cutting). Also this is easy to sew and makes beautiful sewn-in strips with the zigzag stitching looking almost decorative. I have to sew with a bit more care to get the stitching looking just right, being off was not as noticeable with loop tape which has an edge for sewing.

Velcro hook attaches well and after repeated closings I saw no change. I expect this loop fabric to outlast my product's useful life (about 100 x use and launder)
