Important Notice about Natural Fiber Fabrics:
The attributes of natural fiber fabrics such as bamboo, cotton, and organic cotton can be influenced by various factors including the specific type of fiber used, the plant or tree from which it was harvested, and the unique properties of the soil. Despite the weight of the fabric remaining constant, its tactile sensation and perceived thinness can vary. This is largely dependent on the fullness of the yarn, which is dictated by the inherent characteristics of the fiber.

Important Note about UPF Ratings:
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 % of the sun’s rays and allows 2% (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly. A UPF 30 fabric blocks 97% of UV rays and allows roughly 3% of UV transmission. UPF 15 indicates that the fabric blocks roughly 93% of UV rays and allows about 7% of available UV radiation to pass through.

UPF 10 to 30 = Fair Protection
UPF 30 to 50 = Good Protection
UPS 50+ = Excellent Protection

Important Note about Absorbency in 3D & 4D Zorb fabrics:
These fabrics are designed to be absorbent and made without the use of any chemicals during manufacturing. Our Ready-AbZorb process helps eliminate the need for pre-washing for absorption and also reduces the shrinkage. However the fabrics are made in large batch sizes on industrial machines and sometimes the fabric may not absorb as desired from when you receive it, or sometimes after cutting and sewing. In such cases, we recommend running the fabric through a hot wash and medium dry cycle; this will help remove any handling residues and activate the super absorbent fibers that might have been affected by handling.

All our orders are custom and cut to size. Due to the nature of our process, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Warranty Info
  • All natural fiber fabrics may have small holes, runs, etc. in the fabric. These are out of our control, however we take precaution & send you extra yardage in lieu of the defect.
  • All bolts & rolls may have a +/- 10% variation. Discounted pricing reflects any discrepancies.
  • Bolts & Rolls Seam & Damage Allowance - May contain seams where two ends of the fabric are sewn or taped together or marks which can be easily washed away. We always give extra yardage for seam & damage allowances.
  • Hook & Loop are custom cut to your specifications. No returns accepted.
  • Elastics are custom cut to your specifications. No returns accepted.
  • Snaps & some elastics are packaged by weight so count is approximate. Pricing reflects possible minor quantity discrepancies.

Great product

I use this under the top sheet but over a water proof matters cover.
The other bed pads all ways waded up when sleeping and leaked when you picked them up. This fabric absorbs very well and is comfortable to sleep on. You do not wake up sopping wet or uncomfortable also kills the odor well.

Great product

Used a piece of this on top of a water proof bed cover. It absorb's very well. Did not have to wash wet pillows again and no run off and did not pool or run out of fabric when you pick it up. was nice not to have to use towels to soak up anything so it didn't run all over the place. The SILVADUR did an great job killing the smell as well.
Was also pleasant to sleep on stayed in place and didn't wad up.
