Our products don’t contain PFOS, PFOA, lead, dioxins, heavy metals, BPA, or any kind of phthalates, including DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, and DnOP.
This fabric is the LITE version of our Stay Dry Dimple Fabric
This fabric contains Ready-AbZORB, a technology we pioneered. It eliminates the need to pre-wash and dry to activate the super absorbency. It also reduces shrinkage by 60% to 80%, giving you more fabric for your dime.
It takes less than two seconds for this fabric to absorb 10 times its weight. It also soaks up to 20 times faster than bamboo, cotton, or hemp knits.
This fabric is durable and reversible. The thirsty Zorb 3D fibers live in between the Stay Dry layers, which are made of polyester and contain super wicking properties.
The dimple pattern is unique, 3D, and engineered for retention, hold, moisture distribution, and reduced compression.
You can replace 6 layers of flannel, 4 layers of french terry, and 3 layers of organic fleece with just two layers of Zorb. You can more comfortably dress to stay dry and warm.
The Zorb fabric knitting construction is free from super absorbent polymers. Because chemicals aren’t used in Zorb products, their super absorbency lasts as long as the fabric does.
Zorb products are extremely absorbent, whether you spill water, clean up after your baby, or sweat while you run. However much absorbency you need, Zorb can provide it.
CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
While interlining is an option, you don’t need to, which can cut down on costs and increase the product’s performance while being environmentally friendly. This fabric requires less prep work and doesn’t easily shrink, saving you time and money. Without being super heavy, this fabric is still comfortable while keeping things dry.
Not only does our Stay Dry Dimple LITE fabric not require interlining, but it doesn’t need to be pre-washed, either. You can create what you need as soon as you get the fabric, and then immediately use it.
Our fabric is your ideal option for a light material that absorbs sweat without weighing you down.
This fabric is perfect for single-layer pre-folds, soakers, changing pads, fitted diapers, blankets, bibs, burp cloths, play mats, medical products, menstrual products, and incontinence products.
It can be used for so many different purposes. No matter what your product is, Zorb can help you create it.
All our orders are custom and cut to size. Due to the nature of our process, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

We strive to provide high-quality fabrics suitable for a diverse range of applications. It is important to note, however, that we do not perform absorption testing on our fabrics. The absorbency of any fabric can be significantly influenced by the design and construction of the final product in which it is used.
Key Points:
Product Design Influence: The ultimate absorption capacity of a fabric in a finished product depends heavily on the product's specific design and construction. Variations in design can lead to significant differences in performance.
Recommendation for Testing: We strongly recommend that customers conduct their own testing to determine the absorption characteristics of our fabrics in conjunction with their product designs. This testing should consider all elements of product design and the interaction between different materials.
Interactions with Other Materials: The performance of our absorbent fabrics can be affected by the use of additional layers or materials. For instance:
Variability in Performance: Due to the myriad of factors that can influence the absorbency of a fabric within a specific product design—including material combinations, construction techniques, and external conditions—we cannot guarantee specific results without proper testing.
