The new owners are incredibly fast responding to product questions and shipping orders!!! They offer customer service so much over and above compared to what I get elsewhere that I feel I should pay extra for it!! Highly recommend! The previous owners ran into problems and almost ruined a great company with great prices on a wonderful product line.

I feel so bad that I did not write down the woman's name I spoke with but she was WONDERFUL!!!! I was called so quickly and she was so sweet and helpful. Your customer service is truly amazing. I've been buying from Wazoodle for a number of years and while the company was in Canada, the service definitely wasn't the best. After I spoke with your representative, I placed an order and it was at my doorstep 2 days later. Your company is absolutely wonderful and I am a lifelong customer!

Having been in management with Mary Kay Cosmetics for many years, I enjoyed teaching customer service to my consultants. We always went the extra mile and then some. It really made customers feel special, and that made all the effort worth it. I truly enjoyed making their day.
I have since had 2 strokes and health issues that have affected me physically and cognitively, forcing me to retire early. It takes me so much longer to do the things I used to be able to do in a flash without a second thought. I am telling you this because, You and Your team have a very caring spirit that is rarely seen in the world today as we know it.
I tried to find my fabric to reorder. Thinking it was one product and later learning it was another. Due to memory issues, I was unaware that I had a previous order of minkee. You searched extensively and found the fabric to which I was referring to as organic cotton terry, something I would not have been able to accomplish on my own.
You took the time to help me. I was so surprised to have my order processed and out the door today.
Many people go about their day, doing the tasks as needed, and many times hear back only if there is a problem, but today I want you to know you are the best. You made my day a special one. It is really great to know I can count on your quality products, as well as information and help as needed.

I ordered through Wazoodle for the 1st time in October 2012. Before I finalized my order, I had a number of questions about which fabrics to order and the customer service and help provided was outstanding! I received my order within 7 business days (US to Canada) which is super fast in my experience. The quality of the fabrics is amazing! The fabrics are exactly as described if not better. I would really love to see an expanded product line to include all kinds of diaper making fabrics such as cotton interlock knits and wovens in popular prints. That would make Wazoodle a one-stop shop for me. Other than that, I cannot think of anything I would change.
