Shipping & Delivery
Our website usually provides you with accurate shipping quotes before you checkout. The overall delivery time depends on the distance your package travels and the type of service used. Occasionally packages are delayed due to unforeseen inventory shortages or other factors beyond our control. We will inform you if this is the case. If your package is delayed by the carrier, please understand we have little control over shipping carriers.
- United States Orders: We use FedEx, UPS & USPS for shipping orders within US. All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Shipping transit times are displayed in brackets at checkout.

UPS Ground - 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 2-5 business days

- Canada Orders: We use Purolator Courier or Canada Post. All orders to Canada are shipped out once a week (usually every Thursday, subject to change). Orders placed after Wednesday 4 pm (EST), may ship the next week.
- International Orders: All international orders are shipped within 5 business days. FIMS is new low-cost FedEx International Mailing Service for our international customers. FIMS will not have any tracking available & will take approximately 18-45 days to deliver - similar like the Surface Mail option available previously.
If you place an additional order before your current order ships, we can generally combine your orders to save you on shipping charges, please note that this will reset your orders into the processing queue as of the date from your last order. All shipments are FOB our dock meaning ownership of the goods and all risks including loss, delay and damage are transferred to the buyer once we hand over the goods to the carrier. Our store accepts orders from a limited number of countries. If your country is not listed, it's because of custom's restrictions on textile imports or you can contact us.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Unfortunately this can happen. If your package is delivered to you with obvious damage you should refuse the shipment or make sure the damage is noted by the driver.
Take as many pictures possible to clearly show the damage. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & pictures.
Returns, Cancellations & Replacements
If you find an item that is faulty or you recieved the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will be glad to offer you the choice of a refund or replacement. Imp. note: Pictures and Colors of fabric shown on the website are approximate and may show up differently on your computer. We recommend you order color swatches first. Please note there may be a slight variation of color between different lots.
If you ordered the wrong fabric by mistake, you may return most item to us within 30 days from date of shipment - no questions asked - as long as your fabrics have not been cut, washed or processed. We will promptly refund you for each full yard returned (meaning if you ordered 3 or 3.25 yards, your refund will be for 3 yards).
The following items cannot be returned: wholesale orders, custom milled orders, patterns, books, used diapers and notions in sealed packages, Final Sale items from our Yard Sale or Clearance categories; fabrics that have been cut, washed or processed in any way; fabric cuts smaller than 1 yard.
Returns and cancellations made on regular goods: You are responsible for shipping costs, fractional remnants (meaning your cut us rounded down to the next closest yard) and any incidental charges that may be related to return shipping plus a 25% restocking charge.
No returns are accepted after 45 days.
Returns and cancellations made on wholesale orders are subject to cancellation and or standard (25%) restocking charges.
Most basic fabrics and sewing notions are re-orderable. Due to the nature of fashion fabrics, prints, fancies, and textured knits are usually one time runs, when they are sold out they will be difficult to impossible to find or repeat.
- If a substantial portion of your order is not available, we will contact you by telephone. For example, if your order has 10 yards of assorted fabric and 4 yards are unavailable we will call you.
- If a single item is missing from your order, we may mark the missing item sold out and provide you a refund - OR - or back order it for future delivery.
The only exception to this is when we hold our seasonal clearance or Yard Sales. Yard Sale items are first come first serve basis -- we will not contact you if these items are not available.
Wazoodle adheres to industry norms for cut sizes While we do our best to provide you with a continuous cuts, there are times when you may get more than one cut. In most cases this will not happen to cuts of less than 5 yards, and we will not use more than 2 cuts for every 10 yards. Order placed in bolts may be either sent in bolts or folded piece. When your fabric is delivered in more than one cut, we provide a generous cutting allowance at no charge.
Damage Allowance - We provide a generous damage allowance when we find any kind of damage to the fabric. The damage allowance is added at the end of the bolt/roll to make up for the damaged part in the fabric. You will find damage allowance anywhere between 0.25 (1/4 yd) to 1 yd.
Seam Allowance - We provide a generous seam allowance when we find any kind of saem in the fabric. The seam allowance is added at the end of the fabric to make up for the un-usable seam in the fabric. You will find seam allowance anywhere between 0.25 (1/4 yd) to 1 yd.
Our minimum cut is 0.5yd (1/2 yd).
We offer unopened rolls direct from the factory. The fabrics are measured on equipment that stretches the bolts of fabric, therefore there may be a +/- 10% variation comparing to the loose yardage measurements. Some rolls may contain sampling holes for quality control tests or fabric markings and the usable yardage is considered at least 95%. This is especially applicable to natural fiber fabrics where more sampling/checking is required due to the nature of the fiber being used. They may also contain seams where two ends of fabric are sewn together. This is considered normal in the textile industry. If you have any questions regarding the purchasing of full bolts of fabric, please contact us prior to placing the order.
We offer pre-cut blanks of many types. These pre-cuts are made from full rolls of fabric that may contain sampling holes, factory markings etc. as described above. The precuts are made by layering several layers of fabric up to a foot high and cutting them using a motorized vertical blade. It is possible that some end pieces from a roll may not result in a full cut. While smaller amounts can be checked, larger quantities are packed directly after cutting. Substantial discounts are offered on larger quantities of these pre-cuts to cover the presence of some defective pieces. Larger #s of pre-cuts may be packed by weight and may result in a few more or less in number. We consider these defects to be less than 5% of the entire amount. If you find that the defects are in excess of 5% please let us know so that we can investigate. If you need each pre-cut to be checked prior to shipping please let us know as the quantity discounts may have to be waived to account for the extra labor involved.
Yards vs Meters? The fabric world is still centered on imperial measure (yards and inches) and like virtually every Internet fabric store, our goods are priced, and ordered in yards and or inches. For clients mot faniliar with yard conversions we provide metric widths and weights for all our products. We also provide a simple to use calculator that helps you convert meters to imperial measure.
If you purchase fabrics that are custom milled, finished or cut you must agree to the following basic terms:
- All fabrics that are to be cut, will be paid for in full prior to cutting. Fabrics are non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged after cutting.
- If you order is cancelled prior to cutting, the minimum cutting charge applies and you will be able to return materials under normal return policies.
- Turnaround is not guaranteed unless otherwise specified however cuts are completed within 10 days of receiving materials, completed patterns, and payment.
Delays are common in the first instance if your patterns or specifications are incomplete or require alterations. If we discover pattern problems (symmetry, obvious errors) we will contact you to resolve them, your cutting will be rescheduled after the issues are resolved. If you ask us to alter or fix your patterns additional fees may apply and cutting will be scheduled once design work is complete (this can add 1-10 business days depending on when we can schedule design services).
Design services from experienced diaper designers are available at an extra charge. Typical services of designers include: yield optimization, grading, troubleshooting, material selection, absorbency calculations and garment tag preparation. The current rate for these services is $100/hour.
Wazoodle liability is limited to cutting charges only, under no circumstances will we be liable for delays, materials, shipping charges or design costs or other costs.
Our website is available in US and Canadian dollars (wazoodle.com for USD and ca.wazoodle.com for CAD & USD). You may shop in the Canadian OR US dollars regardless of your location.
Please note that if you mistakenly checkout using the wrong currency, we are not able to reverse and rebill your transaction.
USA: No duties, customs fees or taxes.
Canada: No duties or customs fees. GST or HST tax is added to your order based on the province where your goods are delivered.
International: We do not collect duties or VAT. Depending on the size of your shipment and the policies in your country, you may be responsible for duties, taxes and other customs clearance fees may be due opon delivery. Consult your local customs and excise office for more information on importing textiles.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal through our secure web site. We understand some customers are not willing to enter personal or credit card information on a web page, if this is you, you can simply select PAY BY PHONE, if you prefer calling in your credit card information.
Payment is due in full before orders are cut or shipped. If payment has not been settled within 3 days we may cancel or reschedule your order until our next production cycle. Orders that are cancelled by you or for non payment can be reinstated by completing payment. Please note the inventory held for your initial order is released for sale to other clients after 3 days. Reinstated orders will be held for up to 10 days if part of your order is out of stock.
NSF checks, unauthorized credit card, claiming unauthorized credit card use, frivolous PayPal and Credit Card chargebacks are all considered fraud and in many cases can carry serious legal consequences. In cases where checks are returned NSF, or when a fraud claim, PayPal dispute or Credit Card charge-back is ruled ruled in our favor, we reserve the right to any or all of the following remedies:
- bill you $100 to cover investigation and reporting costs
- apply a 2.9% monthly finance charge for the time your balance is past due
- report your debt as delinquent to retail credit bureaus
- file fraud charges (we do this in 100% of check and credit card frauds, regardless of circumstances)
- recover debts through collection agencies or courts
Wazoodle.com is a 'wholesale to the public' web store. Most of our products are sold at wholesale prices, well below what you'll find at when purchased in reasonably small volumes (25 yards for most fabrics, full rolls for elastics, 24-96 pieces for kits and made up items.
We do quote pricing for specific projects that require larger quantities than listed on our website. These are typically quantities in standard production 'dye-lots', which range from 250-800 yards per item. If you are using larger quantities in production, please call us at 1 855 929 6635, we will be happy to discuss your needs!

The following are properties of the Wazoodle Fabrics LLC.We developed our own shopping cart, image processing and trouble ticketing systems. We get lots of people asking to license these applications, sorry, we do not sell or license our proprietary software. Each Little Green Bear Pattern is provided free of cost as a downloadable file. Once you have selected and completed an order they will be made accessible through a link in your user account. We do not provide hard copies of the patterns.
You may use the Wazoodle Logo and name only for specifically referencing and linking to our web site. No other content, trademarks or registered trademarks may be used without prior written consent. Any other infringement.
