| We're Moving....Again! |
 In order to serve you better, we are upgrading our fulfillment operations and moving to a new larger facility at 1 Select Avenue, Toronto. Our design, sample shop and cut and sew departments will remain in Markham until the end of 2009. 1) Our fulfillment and customer care desk will unavailable by telephone or email on Monday July 10 - July 17 while our communication and computer systems are moved. 2) Our die and custom cutting services requires specialized machinery which will not be available available until Aug 1st. We have prepared plenty of cut blank inventory however some shipments that include pre-cut blanks may be delayed until early August. The good news is our web store stays open and you will be able to place orders at your convenience. We do not anticipate any interruption in our order fulfillment. Regards, and happy sewing!
